AppSprint Data License

This license explains how AppSprint's app-market estimates may be used. It applies to the estimated revenue, estimated downloads, rankings, and other modeled app-market data created and published by Tap & Swipe SAS on appsprint.app.

1. Permission we grant

You may:

  • use AppSprint estimates for personal or internal research;
  • link to AppSprint pages;
  • quote a limited number of individual estimates in editorial, educational, or research content; and
  • share those limited quotations with clear attribution and a link to the relevant AppSprint page.

2. Uses that require written permission

Unless Tap & Swipe SAS gives you written permission, you may not:

  • scrape, crawl, download, or extract AppSprint data in bulk;
  • reproduce or publish a substantial part of the dataset;
  • sell, sublicense, license, or commercially redistribute the data;
  • use the data to create or improve a competing app-intelligence database, analytics service, or market-data product;
  • use the data to train or evaluate machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models;
  • circumvent access limits or other technical protections; or
  • remove required attribution or present AppSprint estimates as your own data.

3. Estimates, not reported financial results

AppSprint revenue and download figures are rounded, modeled estimates. They are not official figures from Apple, an app publisher, or the app's developer. Estimates can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and should not be treated as audited financial information, investment advice, or a guarantee of performance.

A page using the phrase "monthly recurring revenue" targets a common search query. Its AppSprint estimate can include subscriptions and other App Store purchases, so it is not necessarily audited company MRR.

4. Third-party information

App names, icons, screenshots, trademarks, developer names, categories, ratings, and public Apple App Store metadata may belong to Apple, the relevant developer, or another rights holder. This license does not grant rights to third-party intellectual property.

5. Ownership

Tap & Swipe SAS retains all rights in the AppSprint estimation methods, modeled data, rankings, selection, arrangement, and original content, subject to any rights held by third parties in their own materials.

6. No warranty

The data is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or continued availability. You are responsible for checking information before relying on it.

7. Changes

Tap & Swipe SAS may update this license. The effective date and version at the top identify the terms that apply to the published data.
